3.AZ.214 Princess TORRE a TASSO New car 28.4.37

As this very important customer resides in Italy and
owns a number of cars including the best American makes, it
was decided as a matter of precaution to fit the most efficient
type of radiator prior to delivering the car.

Please refer to our Sr/VAI3/GM.5.8.37 sent to 'Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}'
also to Works memo to us D/BP/WHI2/DH.{D. Henderson - Showroom}8.3.37.

----------------------------------------------------------------

We trust that you will find the above quite
clear.

We were not aware that reconditioned Mark V
or Mark VI matrices were originally fitted to any of the above
mentioned early series Phantom III chassis. Is there not some
mistake at your end ?

For your guidance we returned the original
matrices as follows :-

3.AZ.I66 SURSOCK in case n°. I244
3.AZ. 20 Trials car " " "
3.AZ. 52 ROTHSCHILD " " I245
