I think I mentioned before that the engine has a crank-shaft vibration just before the usual 4-cylinder vibrations get uncontrollable.

Generally speaking, however, the car runs exceedingly well and shows that our 4 x 6 dimensions should have no ill effect upon our chassis. I am sure this is so, it being rather a question of capacity than of proportion of bore to stroke.

The control of the back axle in this Metallurgique we have is of the older pattern. It has its advantages, but evidently its disadvantages are so great that they have gone to the more orthodox pattern in the chassis which they showed at Olympia. These people have made very few changes in their work during the past few years with this exception.

I think this car might be sold any time now as we shall have finished with it before it is likely that we can get an order for it.
