We shall also require the full name and address of the owner who must accompany the car to France. (1) As regards the bank guarantee, this should be sent to Barclay's Bank, in Havre, as the car is coming through that port, and you should request Barclay's to hand the said guarantee to :- The General Transport Co's Representative 3, Place Carnot, Le Havre.
