For the attention of Mr.Donald Sessions.

Dear Sirs,

We are returning to you, addressed for your attention, a jack which we have found to be wrongly stamped. The jack you will notice is an "off-side" one and is stamped N.S.

We should be glad if you will give this matter your best attention with a view to preventing this from occurring again.

Kindly arrange for a replacement jack to be sent to us.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS ROYCE LIMITED.
