Attention of Mr. A.F. Martindale.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 30th April and regret that you have found that the Halo III. brake linings squeaked on your test rig and that in consequence you do not propose to try these out on a vehicle.

We have supplied a very considerable amount of this material for all types of vehicles and so far have been remarkably free from any complaints of this nature.

We shall await with interest your opinion on the Halo V.{VIENNA} linings and after your tests with these are complete we shall welcome the opportunity of discussing the whole business at some mutually convenient time.

Yours faithfully,

For BRITISH BELTING & ASBESTOS LTD.
