CARBURATION. We find that the Pilot Jet as at present fitted is liable to be disturbed during transit, and we should be glad if you would arrange to have the Pilot Jet soldered up. This refers to all future engines. During a recent test on Engines now in progress at our works, it was found that the soldered up Pilot Jets could be removed by hand pressure, and this has to be guarded against by further soldering. Further the method of soldering must be such that the jet can be removed without injury to the latter or the seating. Yours truly, | ||
