Mr.R.SUMMERS.
Hsl/MJ30.1.34

Mr.Summers' opinion of the Bentley car and I note the way you propose dealing with him, which I agree is the right method.

I am rather concerned about the postscript, however, as although it may have its amusing side it may also have a serious side, as it would be a bad thing if it were to get round Insurance Companies that a higher premium is necessary, or that this car could be more of a menace on the road than any other car in the hands of an inexperienced driver.

We would like to show Mr.Summers' insurance broker that although the car has extraordinary powers of acceleration and speed, it also has extraordinary qualities of controllability.
