Rolls-Royce, Ltd., Derby. RC{R. Childs} Gentlemen, For the attention of Mr. R.M. Child - Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs}16/MH.{M. Huckerby} We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 31st August and are grateful to you for pointing out the error on our 1938 Plug Recommendation Chart. We cannot at the moment understand how the confusion has arisen, for every official here has always been quite clear as to the right type of plug to be recommended for the 3½-litre Bentley. We are investigating the matter and believe that it will be found that the error is really due to the printers but passed unnoticed when the finished charts arrived. We are having the matter attended to at once and again tender our grateful thanks to you. Yours faithfully, p.p. K.L.G. SPARKING PLUGS LIMITED. (L.S.M. Braund). Director. | ||
