BENTLEY. Chassis No.B.117.JY. We have tried the car with full complement of passengers - total weight 50-stone. (25-stone F.25.R). Petrol tank full. We could not make tyres foul on full lock turns, i.e.roundabouts or cornering. The rattle came from a loose stone guard on the O {Mr Oldham} /S front wing and there was a rattle from the N/S rear wing. Steering is directional and is not appreciably heavier. The N/S rear brake was squeaking. Ride of car good with min.damping. On harsh side medium damping. Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /GWH. {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} G.W.H.
