Dear Sir, Replying to your letter of the 2nd instant we have received a further sample from Messrs.British Insulated Cables, Ltd., but it was not a great improvement over the sample sent by you. I have had Mr.Bayles of the B.I. over here and discussed the matter very thoroughly and as a matter of fact he is arranging to reproduce our ozone test at his Works with a view to improving the quality of thecable.
