1305 INLAND MANUFACTURING DIVISION GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION DAYTON, OHIO February 22nd 1 9 3 8 Mr. W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham Rolls-Royce Ltd. Derby, England Dear Mr. Robotham: As requested in Mr. Geyer's letter of January 31, we shipped to your attention two of our new type Inlox bushings which we have just developed experimentally and we are enclosing herewith assembly prints of these bushings together with deflection curves. We find this construction definitely controls end deflection, and while it is naturally more costly than our regular Inlox bushing, we hope this new result will warrant the added expense. Very truly yours, F.{Mr Friese} W. Sampson Ass't. Chief Engineer FWS/vt Encl. | ||
