Re-build of 5-B-IV.

If you consider it to be a reasonable proposition, we want to re-build 5-B-IV, using the boxed-in frame which you have made.

Our tests so far show that this frame gives remarkably good results, and will enable us tomake the car very much more comfortable without running into steering column shake or front axle tramp.

We attach a list of the points where this car will have to be different from standard. We should like you to check these over to make sure there is nothing omitted.
