REDMANOL AND MOULDENSITE MOULDINGS
AS USED BY OURSELVES.
X2497

As a matter of technical interest in connection with the question of "tracking", we should like to know the nature and proportions of the filling media which are mixed with the various moulding powders used by ourselves. Perhaps you would be good enough to obtain this information for us.

We should also like to know if any of the products of The British Celanese Co., some of which we understand are of a non-resinous material with a non-inflammable cellulose base, are produced in the form of a powder which can be moulded by ourselves, and if so, if there is any such material that would give any promise of not exhibiting the tendency to "track", which is one of the drawbacks of synthetic bakelite base material.
