Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter ref. FLR/DLM. of the 16th.inst.

The answers to your queries are as follows :-

1. The average speed of the car is approximately 30 m.p.h., on some runs it may be as high as 34/35 m.p.h.

2. The average life of other makes of tyres fitted to the rear wheels is 7300 miles.

3. The greatest distance run on a rear cover is 9852 miles.

With reference to the 33 X 5 tyres which you are sending to us for test on a 40/50 HP. car. The car to which these will be fitted will be run in France. It will be run at high speeds.

We wish to send with the Car 4 spare tyres. Will you please send us a quotation for these as we do not expect you to supply them free-of-charge.
