Telephone: 400 to 405 Hayes. Midx X4117. Offices of THE FAIREY AVIATION CO. LTD. HAYES, MIDDLESEX. 4th January, 1932. Dear Mr. Hives, Many thanks for your letter and the trouble you have taken in this matter. Shall I return the car to Derby for these minor adjustments? The car is perfectly alright for the time being but I will send it along when it is convenient to you. With regard to the fender I quite agree that as long as the brackets are made safe I will be satisfied for the present. I am not in the least concerned about the oil consumption but thought you would like to know. The increase is so high for the improvement in speed. The car appears to be behaving quite normally in this respect now. With renewed thanks, Yours sincerely, E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} W. Hives, Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd. DERBY. | ||
