Dear Mr.Rowbotham,

It is now nearly three years since Mr.John V.O.Palm, Director of Engineering of The Cleveland Graphite Bronze Company, came to England, and I have just heard that he is calling here for a few days on his way to Sweden.

I am arranging an informal gathering at The Queens Hotel, Birmingham on Friday next the 14th instant. Cocktails will be served from 7.o'clock and Dinner at 7.30pm, and I shall be delighted if you could spare the time to come along.

Yours sincerely,
