-6- Mr. Wait is a very efficient officer and I believe eminently fair, and no hesitation should be had in making him conversant with all the details. He will report the facts as he finds them to the appraiser at New York and upon the receipt of his report the matter can undoubtedly be adjusted amicably to all concerned. Of course, each item that you contemplate importing will have to be separately treated. I trust the above has made the matter clear to you but if not I shall be glad to discuss any phase of it in further detail.
