We thank you for your letter of the 20th inst, and regret to note what you write regarding the Windscreen Wiper on the Phantom II Chassis undergoing test abroad.
This is the first instance of its kind which has been brought to our notice.
However, we are accordingly taking the necessary steps for dealing with the matter, and hope and believe a repetition will not be possible.
