Mr. Hancock from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}

We have received your report on the cooling of the 20 HP. car and from it are quite satisfied that we can safely carry on making the larger bore 20 HP. with a radiator similar to that on 17-G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp}

When you have handed 17-G to PN.{Mr Northey} at Grenoble we want you to take over 21-EX car and with it confirm a number of results which we have obtained on our experimental cars since the 10,000 miles on 22-EX.
