The Dunlop Rim & Wheel Co.Ltd.,
Foleshill,
COVENTRY.

For the attention of Mr. Goodyear.

Dear Sirs,

We want to try on an experimental Phantom III chassis 18 x 5" rim wheels instead of the present 18 x 4" to G.83717. The whole of the additional inch must be added at the outside owing to the position of the brake drums. We realise this will increase the track of the car.

Will you let us know whether you can supply a set of 4 such wheels, and also whether the standard 18 x 7 tyre will fit or whether new tyres will also be needed.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
