To Rolls-Royce Ltd. Derby......... Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} Sr. is absent Levallois VA6/ET.2.8.37 Re: QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS ------------------------ We think you will be interested to hear that we have now in operation a similar scheme as they have at "N" and "K" in connection with the above, inasmuch as we have had made a pigeon-hole box for filing the various complaints. We attach copy of a memo Sr/VA4/GM.26.7.37 in connection with the above, which we recently sent to De Boeck, who has charge of the Nice and Cannes Depots, and which you will find self-explanatory. We also attach a list showing 100 complaints corresponding to the number of squares in the box. Of course, some of them are rare. The list has been divided into 4 sections, viz. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}, F.{Mr Friese}, G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} and D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} We are keeping the records of complaints up to date and it can now be seen at a glance the number of complaints recorded during a quarter. Handwritten: The above replaces our original Card System VA. Kindly return our memo SR/VA4/GM 26/7/37 when you have finished with it | ||
