X2048 To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from EFC. c. to CJ. EFC5/T17.3.19. 17th March 1919. X.3362 - LIGHTING INSTALLATION AT West WitteringHenry Royce's home town. Your note R6/G13.3.19 to hand. We are looking out the high tension wire and making enquiries regarding vulcanised flexible which you require. We note your remarks re vulcanised flexible. Regarding the 50 yards of low tension wire which you require, we think, perhaps, you mean single conductor armoured cable such as is used for running the lighting circuits in the car. In case, however, you mean ordinary rubber covered low tension wire similar to sample enclosed, we are holding over sending this to you until we receive further information. I think it will be possible to obtain wire similar to sample enclosed if this is what you require. We have, however, none of this in our Store. EFC.
