RE. ESSEX CAR.

We attach herewith a report giving particulars and performance of the above car.

We wish to point out that the miles per hour, recorded by the speedometer fitted to this car, may not be correct. The reason we point this out is because we have found that on the Manson Car, although the mileage was recorded correctly, the speedometer records about 15% high at 60 M.P.H. When we get the Essex Car back, we will calibrate the speedometer so that these figures can be corrected.
