Herewith copy of my assistants report on the
work done on 8.B.V.
It is to be noted that the faulty & ill-stop
reverse light unit was no doubt responsible for the shorts
experienced from time to time on the lighting system of this
car.
The worn out ignition contact may have been
responsible for the faulty ignition experienced recently.
This is quite normal since the car has completed over 70,000
miles.
