Bentley Rolling Toggles & Steel Shoes.

We have decided to fit these to 1-B-IV, instead of B-23-AE, and put the aluminium drums on the latter car.

We are using 1-B-IV for axle strength tests at the moment, but when we have completed these we would like the rolling toggles fitted.
