continuous gears or the clutch splines. Naturally when you have the time you may find that you can get a better setting for the clutch centre.

Gear Lever Knob.

Any information you can give us on how to make this gear lever knob O.K. will be very helpful.

Suspension.

You will appreciate that you have no drilled valves in the shock absorbers of your car. We really want you to tell us the best damper setting for all round requirements. You will appreciate also that until we get controllable dampers we shall not get a setting which will suit us at all speeds, but E.3. which we are rebuilding will definitely have controllable shock absorbers.

Radiator Hose.

We have found that with the centrally mounted radiator, the radiator hose is too short, and after a short time comes to pieces. We are cutting off some of the piping and giving the hose a greater length, which will increase its flexibility. We should like you to do the same thing.

Plugs.

We should like to know how your plugs are going on; some of the K.L.G. we have been running have been shorting across the top insulation.

Brake Thumps.

Are your brake thumps so bad that you cannot cure them by tightening down the swinging arm?

Propeller Shaft.

We have also had the propeller shaft hit the tube and are investigating the matter.

Petrol Tank.

We should like to know whether you petrol tank is satisfactory for filling, and also whether it is free from spilling trouble.
