Extra petrol ration file. To Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /WGS. from Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /AA. {D. Abbot Anderson} With reference to the attached claim form for Petrol, he originally claimed 300 miles, this I understand includes going home for lunch. 150 miles should therefore be sufficient to do the journey night and morning. Will you please have the sheet amended if you only agree to him using his Motor Cycle at week-ends. He covers 6 miles a day, which, if there are five Sundays, brings it to 30 miles. Please do what you consider best, and return to me in due course. ------------ Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /AA. {D. Abbot Anderson} | ||
