MxG/T5.1.34.

3½ LITRE BENTLEY CHASSIS - FAN.

We have had a failure of a Fan on the Unit Test Bed. The Supporting Bracket is broken in two places and the blades are damaged. We are sending the parts to you so that they can be seen by anyone interested.

This Fan which is a standard production one has successfully gone through a complete unit testing of about 40 engines. The failure occurred without any warning, when the engine was being shut down after running at 4000 r.p.m.
