We have, having agreed that this magneto will not satisfactorily start the engine cold, already tested this as it was handed to us for the purpose by Mr. Daykin in the Test Dept. The result of this has been that we have written to Messrs. North and sent them a revised copy of our General Specification of Performance of Magneto suitable for R.R. Phantom Chassis. The ref. of our letter is EFC2/T. 27.3.28. We are therefore returning the magneto to you without further test. EFC. | ||
