c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} 1021. 19th. April 1939. CONFIDENTIAL. BY.20/N. Messrs. Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden, London N.W.10. For the attention of Mr.Ward Dear Sir, Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} (handwritten initial) We confirm herewith that during the visit of Messrs. Evernden and Draper on Friday the 14th to your works, the following points were discussed: DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2341. Short Wing Lamp. It was decided that you would send us a scheme showing the outer contour of the wing lamp, suitable for your wing shape, and we should modify our drawing to agree. We await this scheme together with our original blueprints by post. DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2115. Instrument Board. DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2348. Wiring of Instrument Board We discussed the practicability of wiring the back of the instrument board as shewn on DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2348. It was agreed that it could be done if the instrument board was wired off the body and we provided a terminal box on the driver's side of the dashboard to make the final connections. We are giving this scheme further consideration, and will raise the question again at our next visit. Cont'd... | ||
