Robotham, Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Mr. Robotham, Further to our recent conversation and my last letter, as Mr. Arrowsmith intends visiting you on Thursday I have arranged that he brings along a replacement electric clock for the one you have in use. Not being sure of the type, he will have one of each. In due course, when you have had experience of the selected clock, I would much appreciate a report on your observations. New Instruments. I am aiming at letting you have the promised samples by the 1st March. Meanwhile, regarding the question of illumination - you mentioned that you were not quite happy about this feature - whilst we are experimenting at this end, if you have any definite views I wonder if you would kindly communicate them to Mr. Arrowsmith? These observations of course apply to any criticism. Sincerely yours, Charles W. Mariond | ||
