Draper - Frames}41 X7535F Re Sample Exide Unpasted grids for Exide 3-RRS-IEL Battery I have examined the sample unpasted improved grids as proposed for use in our Exide 3-RRS-IEL 6 volt unit batteries. These are made less wide than previously (see Report JD{J. Draper - Frames}24 2-7-27) to prevent bulging of the container due to the growing of the positive plates at the latter end of the batteries life. The dimensions of the plates are as follows.
