23-EX CAR.

With regard to our proposal to get rid of 23-EX experimental car - this car is fitted with an open touring body. The chassis has a number of experimental features, a list of which we attach herewith.

What we should recommend would be that this car should be used by the Company if possible because we are very anxious to observe the running of the nitralloy crank and other features.
