JAPAN 1. DASHBOARD.

DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}2/M12.5.31.

x 5500.

Herewith we send N. sch. 3276., the proposed universal dashboard for the above.

It will be noticed that the fittings on the dashboard are not altered at all with the exception of the brackets holding up the steering column.

We have shewn 'F' steering because we think that it is sure to be needed, and in consequence we have indicated the new controls which go with it.

We have shewn the bonnet passing over the dash a small amount as agreed so as not to interfere with coachwork.

The steel bracket holding up the steering column is the same as has already been sent you in connection with 'F' column, and also will be used on J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} 3.

Should the new carburetter be adopted there may be alteration to the engine controls.
