In the case of Experimental Projects involving the manufacture of Test Tackle, the question has arisen as to whether or not the completed project sheet should be a sufficient authorisation for EJJ. to proceed with the equipment. In order to avoid the possibility of the project being discontinued after the completion of the sheet without EJJ. being aware of the fact, when a copy of the completed sheet is sent to EJJ. it should be accompanied by an instruction to put in hand the work, and he should be informed if any subsequent alteration to the programme affects the tackle side of the question.
