Stromberg & Zenith Carburetters.

I am continually getting notes from the Accounts Dept. in connection with invoices for parts supplied by the Zenith & Stromberg Carburetter Co. On other parts such as pistons, we pass a note to the Order Office at the time the parts are requisitioned, and this saves considerable duplication of typing work, and confusion.

It is particularly important that parts brought to the Works by Officials of other Companies should be booked in, and if they should be paid for, the Order Office should be instructed accordingly.

In future I shall not sign requisitions for any parts unless we have a record of what they are in our files at the time they were ordered, and a record that they have been booked in in an official manner.
