Watford E06 Magneto NO 87407
This magneto is one which Mr North brought up from Watford. The special feature of design, besides having a new bronze end plate is the fitting of a thicker aluminium plate over the armature tunnel.
We have now tested this magneto on the bench, and find it to be fairly quiet. The sleeve noise is reduced, but the contact breaker is still noticeable and the gears develop an uneven rattle at high speeds. At slow speeds the magneto is certainly quieter than
