CONDENSERS - BATTERY IGNITION.

Referring to your memo EFC3/T1.8.19. I take it any further requirements you may make in regard to tests on the Condensers will be communicated to the C.O. so that they, in turn, may deal with the General Electric Company, who are manufacturing Condensers to our drawings.

It is, of course, most important that all the special tests we require making should be carefully enumerated for the consideration of the manufacturers.
