A.{Mr Adams} Rowbotham, Esq., Rolls-Royce, Ltd., DERBY. Dear Mr. Rowbotham, I think we can claim to have introduced an outstanding new feature in "The Motor" during August in our new photogravure presentation of new cars. We have been able to illustrate the Sunbeam Talbot Ten, M.G. 2.6-litre, Morris Ten and Vauxhall Twelve in this style. Its purport is to present to the public the general aspect of the car and its more outstanding features in a clear and easily digested form. We are also adopting a new style of illustration in the technical report with the same end in view. Needless to say, if you have any suggestions for improving these features I should most gladly receive them. A large number of interesting new cars has been described during the month in which chassisless construction, oil cooling, torsion bar stabilisers have been prominent. The dates and cars described in detail are as follows:- The Austin Programme August 2 The New Sunbeam Talbot Ten August 16 The Front-drive Citroens " " The M.G. Programme August 23 The Rover Programme " " The Jowett Programme " " | ||
