RE NOISY SIDE SHAFTS IN GEAR BOXES.

The above is now I consider one of our biggest troubles, as regards silence, even with chassis we are now turning out these are not as good as they should be I consider.

From a customer's point of view I am sure that this will be the next cause of complaint and if we cannot do something shortly am afraid it is likely to damage our reputation.

The fact of the axles being now much more quiet has the effect of making the above complaint more serious and I think that the above is an urgent matter and quite as important as many of the urgent experimental jobs we have in hand.
