Dear Pomeroy,

Thanks for your letter of the 9th, inst.

It was most unfortunate that we could not do the fast run when you were up here. The road conditions would have been fairly unsafe anyhow.

We are still all ice up here but when we get a mild spell, I will give you a ring.

I am looking forward to trying your small car. We will get some information together on the two subjects you mention. I think we can give you enough data to provide a very interesting article on noise suppression.
