OY10/G24.3.21 which we attach herewith, as it appears to us to be a matter which the Experimental Department would be more directly interested in than we ourselves. There is one point, however, which we propose to give attention to, namely, increasing the clearance round the locking screw for the gudgeon pin, which does not fit the piston, but is a clearance. With this exception I think the whole of the memo is more directly connected with the Expl: Dept: than anybody else, and although addressed to the Works Committee, one feels that it is not a matter for them to deal with in its present state.
