Has the bracket which holds the forward end of the rear spring (which fractured in the case of 1746?/1626 Mr. Duveen's car and was fractured in the case of Mr. Mortimer Singer's (1711) car) been strengthened, and does the Technical Committee consider that this is a part which is likely to be broken on all cars and which should be replaced before it breaks?
Has Mr. Royce considered the matter?
