Dear Sirs, Replying to your letter of the 21st. inst., reference WJB., we would say that the sample of cable tested was not from the consignment sent to us on or since May 7th. It was taken from the reel of cable delivered to us prior to that date. Unfortunately, this reel of cable complete with our other stock has already been returned to your works for replacement.
