We are requested by WOR.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} to co-operate with you
in regard to the above, so that agreed alterations can be
carried out in order to make the system satisfactory.

We are to report to WOR.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} what action it is proposed
to take and the progress made, and we should be glad if you
would meet in this Office at 2.30 this afternoon for the
purpose of going into the matter.
