I am passing on Lec.1550 to Ry. together with his copy of this note. We quite appreciate that the governor must now only start operating at 500 engine R.P.M. Mr. Hives before his departure knew that we were working to curve A, and did not raise any objection. We had several times asked him to give us figures of his own as definitely as he could. EFC. | ||
