Tests on bed with Nelson Bohnalite piston.

Standard prod. crankcases.
Crankshaft with 2 - .2187 di. holes in each journal and 1 - .2187 in crankpin EB.3163.
Production main bearings (AG.2) and big end bearings (AG.7) R.R. 56 shims.
Nelson Bohnalite pistons.
Valve springs No.1 - 6 Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}260 (Swedish wire).
No.7 - 12 EB.175 (S/CV.).
EX.18392 det. cylinder head 115 cc 6 : 1 C.R.
Std. prod. strengthened exhaust valves to EB.2970 (KE970 stell).
Delco Remy ignition distributor.
Borg & Beck std. 10" clutch.

B-19.
Now being assembled to following spec.

Standard production crankcase.
Up to date prod. crankshaft with 2 - .2187 holes in journal and 2 - .125 holes in pins.
Die cast AG.6 main bearings.
Billet cast AG.6 big end bearings with single centre holes as production.
Camshaft in low carbon steel.
Rockers with W/M bores, replacing std. bronze bu hes.
Std. deturbulated cylinder head 6.3 : 1 C.R.
Nos. 1 - 6 valve springs std. EB.175 S/CV.
Nos 7 - 12 " " Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}260 Swedish.
