Dear Sirs,

Cent electric instrument board clock.

ref. AEB. We thank you for your letter of the 4th inst. We are arranging to return to you the clock in question so that you may fit the knurled knob as stated in your letter.

Another point we have noticed in connection with this clock is that there are two fairly large open holes in the back of the case which we think ought to be closed up temporarily in order to exclude dust from getting into the motion of the clock during the test on the chassis. Perhaps you will kindly arrange to block these holes up at the same time as fitting the knurled knob.
