Dear Mr. Hives,

I feel that I must acknowledge with many thanks the time you afforded me on Friday last.

I understand my company have already confirmed the recommendations I discussed with you, and I am enclosing herewith a copy of a letter written to-day for the attention of Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Royce, from which you will note the very special prices at which my company are prepared to supply Mobiloil "D" and Mobiloil "EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}" as a gesture of appreciation of the recommendation which you so kindly promised. I assume that I am in order in instructing that the original letter be sent for the attention of Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Royce.

With kind regards,

Yours very truly,

Russell Sharp
