For the attention of Mr.Simms. Dear Sirs, This is to confirm our telegram of today asking you to proceed with the repairs to 39-EX as per your estimate. We have made arrangements for our lorry to be at your works at 10-0 a.m. on Thursday the 10th inst. to collect the body for 27-G-VI.
